These Terms form a legal agreement between ac10 (ac10.bio) and all its users. Registering or logging in to the platform means you have read and fully agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. ac10 reserves the right to change Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on the platform. We recommend regularly reviewing this page.
- You cannot use the platform if you refuse to accept the Terms and Conditions.
- In any dispute, the applicable laws of Bangladesh will apply.
- Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To create an account on ac10, you must provide accurate and genuine personal information. Accounts may be canceled if false or misleading information is submitted.
Each person is allowed to operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and their funds may be confiscated. Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Passwords must not be shared or given to others.
To verify account activity, ac10 may request valid ID documents (National ID or Passport) at any time. Failure to provide within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.
- Account transfer, sale, or rental is strictly forbidden.
- Report any suspicious login attempts to support immediately.
- Only one mobile number can be registered per user.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the ac10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposited BDT may not immediately reflect in the account until processing is complete. Technical delays will be resolved within a maximum of 24 hours. Account verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals.

Attempting withdrawal through fraud, chargebacks, or other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure and possible legal action.
Platform Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following actions are completely prohibited on the ac10 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain illegal access to another user's account.
- Exploiting any technical glitches or bugs on the platform intentionally.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal funds cleansing is prohibited.
- Harassing or insulting other users is not allowed.
Ac10 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of suspicious activity for investigation. Withdrawals may be temporarily blocked during this period.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Closure Policy
Liability: The ac10 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. ac10 is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disconnections. If the connection drops during a bet, the system will automatically make the appropriate decision.
Intellectual Property: All content on the ac10 platform — logos, graphics, software, interface design, and text — is protected intellectual property of ac10. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Account Suspension or Closure: Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed at any time for violating terms, misconduct, or upon user request. Any valid balance will be returned unless misconduct is proven, in which case the balance may be forfeited.
Third-Party Links: ac10 may sometimes provide information related to third-party services. ac10 does not accept any liability for the content or services of these third parties.
Governing Law, Changes to Terms & Contact
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties will try to resolve any disputes or disagreements through dialogue first.
Ac10 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel any part of these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to users where possible. Continuing to use the platform after changes means accepting the new Terms.
